Commentary:

• A new #1 this week: Can't We Talk About Something More Pleasant?: A Memoir by Roz Chast. It was features in articles in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and Publishers Weekly, which is likely how it managed to debut in the top slot. It's currently #70 on the overall Amazon books chart. The Kindle edition also charts.
• Also debuting high this week is the kindle edition of the first volume of Bleach, which was the Kindle Deal of the Day earlier in the week and available then at a bargain price.
• Speaking of bargain-priced Kindle editions, Marvel have several on the chart this week: Winter Solider, Marvel 1602, X-Men: Age of the Apocalypse, New Avengers, Nova, Annihilation, and Spider-Man. See, Marvel: the general public are interested in your comics as long as they can purchase them cheaply.
• Print editions debuting this week are the latest collections of The Walking Dead and The New 52 Batman; the first Rat Queens collection; and (way down at #50) the latest Superior Spider-Man collection.
