There were also 4,419 in sales for the first All Star Batman hardcover collection, but a table with just one entry on it would look pretty silly...
These sales represent only those sales reported through Diamond-North America accounts. They do not include sales through book stores, foreign sales, book clubs, or to most libraries.
Note that for those trades with no listed sales in April (Batgirl, Hellblazer, Cyborg) that just means that they didn't make the Top 300 in collection sales for the month; they may have had sales that were below the Top 300 threshold (376).
(This chart is starting to get a bit hard to read; I may reorganize it next month. Which would be better: sorting alpha-numerically, or sorting by sales?)
