Commentary:  

• The top debut and new #1 this week is the pre-order for the Kindle edition of next month's issue of Batman.
• It's followed closely by the bargain-priced first volume in Abrams' Dune adaptation. Because movie + bargain = sales!
• The passing of manga creator Akira Toriyama sees his Sand Land—which was released way back in 2003—come in on the chart this week as the top print debut. Also showing up are the previously-charting Akira Toriyama's Manga Theater and Dragon Ball Complete Box Set. 
• Also returning to the chart this week are a couple of Avatar: The Last Airbender omnibuses, no doubt as follow-on from the Netflix live action adaptation.
