Commentary:  

• Dog Man: The Scarlet Shedder returns to the top of the chart this week.
• The top debut is the second issue of the relaunched Uncanny X-Men on Kindle. The top print deubt is the latest volume of manga series Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. The only other print debut this week is a revised version of The Action Bible (the Faith in Action Edition).
• Three Raina Telgemeier graphic novels (Guts, Smile, and Sisters) return to the chart this week, likely because of a reclassification by Amazon; I'm sure they've been selling perfectly fine all those weeks/years that Amazon has had them relegated to the kids chart.
