Commentary:

• Jeffrey Brown continues to have the top two slots this week with his Star Wars-themed Darth Vader-as-a-parent books. Father's Day is this weekend, and the drop off in gift buying may open the door to the new Walking Dead collection when it is released next week...
• You may be wondering what the first issue of the New 52 version of Superman is doing on the chart in the #3 position. It turns out that Amazon is offering this as a free incentive for people who sign up for their Amazon Delivers Comics Newsletter. But since that promotion is via an emailed code, the comic itself still lists as 99¢ and thus shows up on the sales chart...
• The only other Superman-related comic on the chart remains Superman: Red Son. With the Man of Steel movie releasing today, it would seem that so far there isn't much interest bleeding over into Kal-El's comic adventures. At least so far—last year there was a brief interest in Thanos-related comics after the release of the Avengers, but that was an anomaly; usually interest in related comics goes down after a super-hero movie's release.
• Injustice Watch: The latest digital issue of Injustice: Gods Among Us debuts in the #5 position this week. Five issues make the chart this week, the same as last week.
• The other debuts this week are two comic adaptations of novels: the second Game of Thrones volume (at #17), and the first Percy Jackson book, The Lightning Thief (at #50). 
• All of last week's non-Injustice debuts drop off the chart entirely this week...
• Dead Watch: Only four Walking Dead collections on the chart this week, the same as last week, though three of those are in the top 10.
• Diary Watch: The Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Dork Diaries franchises between them take up seventeen of the slots on the chart this week, same as last week. 
• Kindle Watch: Sixteen of the chart positions this week are taken up by Kindle editions, down two from last week.
