Commentary:

• The University effect springs into full effect this week, pushing Marjane Satrapi's Persepolis: The Story of a Childhood into the #1 slot (helped by the fact that TCU has chosen it as their summer 'Common Read' this year). Also seeing the love of college students buying texts for class are Maus, Fun Home, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, and American Born Chinese.
• Guardians of the Galaxy may slip out of the top spot this week, but the movie's influence remains strong, with two volumes in the top ten, and two more (if you include Infinity Gauntlet) in the top twenty-five.
• The Kindle edition of The Sworn Sword was one of the Kindle Deals of the Day earlier in the week, and it spent some time that day at #1, The first Sweet Tooth volume was also a Kindle Deal of the Day, but didn't quite rise as high.
• The top debut this week is (no surprise) another issue of Injustice Year Two. Also debuting are the penultimate Scott Pilgrim color hardcover, and a collection of classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the latter helped no doubt by the new TMNT movie.
