Commentary: 

• Another new top book this week, the pre-order for next month's issue of Monstress. It leads a pack of Kindle single issues that are mostly pre-orders for Image and DC comics coming out late August, plus a smattering of this week's releases.
• Most of this week's print debuts are new or forthcoming manga volumes: Toilet-bound Hanako-kun, Chainsaw Man,  The Summer Hikaru Died, and My Dress-Up Darling; the others are collections of Tomahawk Angel and Dark One.
• Last week's surprise top book, the Marvel Encyclopedia, drops way down the chart to a more-typical placement at #46.
