• After months of appearing on the chart in pre-order, The Adventure Zone: Petals to the Metal is released and moves into the top slot, ending The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse's twenty-week run on the top.
• The top debut this week is the Kindle edition of the first collection of The Old Guard, the comic that is the basis of the new hit Netflix movie. In fact, every single possible Old Guard comic—both collections and Kindle editions of the individual comics—debuts on the chart this week! (The only item missing is the very first digital issue, which is currently free and thus not eligible for this chart.)
• The only other debut item this week is a Deluxe edition of the Hellsing manga.

• The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse stays on top for the twentieth straight week.
• Everything is coming up Far Side this week, no doubt due to Gary Larson creating new comics panels for his Website. The top debuts this week are the 2021 desk and wall calendars; both editions (paperback and hardcover) of the (now-erroneously-named) Complete Far Side collection return to the chart, as well as a couple other collected editions.
• In addition to the Far Side calendars, other debuts are The Witcher Omnibus, Long Story Short, a Life is Strange Boxed Set, and Kindle editions of manga series One-Punch Man and Loner Life in Another World.
• Again this is going up late, though not as late as last week's chart!

• The top debut this week is Negan Lives #1, a special Walking Dead print comic that was only available to comic shops, meaning its appearance there is solely based on third-party sellers. 
• Other debuts this week are led by LEWSER!, an upcoming Doonesbury collection. Also debuting are Batman: The Adventures Continue #7 on the Kindle, and pre-orders for a new One-Punch Man volume and Sarah Andersen's upcoming OGN Fangs.

Commentary: 

• The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse stays on top for the eighteenth straight week.
• The top debut this week is the pre-order for the Dune graphic novel adaptation (due out in October). Last week's top debut, the pre-order for September's Solutions and Other Problems, is gone from the top fifty entirely this week, fairly typical for pre-orders for highly anticipated books that aren't due our for several months, and I'd expect to see Dune to likewise disappear for a while until we get closer to its release date.
• The only other debut this week is the collection of Superman Smashes the Klan. It actually was released over a month ago, but now finally seems to be gaining some traction.
• Typically the week before Father's Day would see Jeffrey Brown's Darth Vader and Son and Vader's Little Princess in the top ten. They are both on the chart this week, but somewhat lower than usual.
• Several DC hardcover collections—Harleen, The Batman Who Laughs, DCeased, and Batman: Last Knight on Earth—return to the chart this week, as they were part of Amazon's week-long 3 for 2 sale.

Commentary: 

• The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse stays on top for the fifteenth straight week.
• Last week's Avatar: The Last Airbender surge explodes into full-on Avatar-mania this week, taking up eighteen spots in the top fifty, including six of the top ten. Most of these are sale-priced Kindle editions (which appeared on the chart before as physical copies) but there are a few of the hardcover library editions as well.
• This top debut this week is the pre-order for Tommy Siegel's cartoon collection I Hope This Helps (due out in October). Aside from all the aforementioned Avatar books, the other debuts are pre-orders for the next volumes of the manga series Demon Slayer & Dragon Ball Super.
• Things have pretty much returned to pre-pandemic levels as far as the balance between Kindle Unlimited (etc.) and regular items on the chart this week.

Commentary: 

• The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse stays on top for the fourteenth straight week.
• There was a huge surge of Avatar: The Last Airbender titles onto the chart this week, both Kindle and print editions. Presumably this is because the animated series came to Netflix this past week (where it is currently the #1 streaming title for North America). 
• The only debut this week is an issue of the digital-first series Batman: The Adventures Continue.
• While there were still a good chunk of Kindle Unlimited, Prime Reading, and other types of digital comics that we strip out of the list on the chart this week, there were a good deal fewer than in previous recent weeks. Partly this is due to the aforementioned Avatar surge displacing a bunch of other titles from the top fifty, but I suspect it's also due to the fact that Amazon's print book distribution is no longer delaying shipping for three weeks out like in recent past weeks.
• Wash you hands. And practice sensible social distancing. Read comics.

• A Star Wars: Darth Maul collection returns to the chart at the #3 spot, which I'm guessing has something to do with the new Clone Wars cartoon episodes?
