Commentary: 

• For some reason the Marvel Encyclopedia moves into the top spot this week. The DC Comics Encyclopedia also makes a big leap up. I guess people are into comics reference works this week?
• If you're wondering why Bill Watterson & John Kascht's The Mysteries isn't on the chart, that's because it's a picture book, not a comic. You might rightly point out that the Marvel Encyclopedia isn't a comic either, but historically we've always included the comic character encyclopedias on the chart for reasons that are lost to the mists of time.
• This week's top debut is the pre-order for a new The Adventure Zone OGN (not due out until July 2024!) Other debuts this week are a new volume of Kaiju No. 8 and an old The Last Kids on Earth OGN.
• For the first time in quite a while, there are no Kindle single issues in the top fifty this week. They're not completely gone from the chart, as there's an issue of X-Men Red down in the back half of the top 100, but it may cause one to wonder if amazon has changed how they are calculating the placement of Kindle editions on the chart?
• It's time to get your new COVID shot: stop off on the way home from the comic shop and get yours today!
