We're Beta!
Last night I upgraded this blog to Blogger Beta. Y'all shouldn't notice too much difference; unfortunately, Beta won't improve the quality (or frequency) of my postings. But now I have tagging ability, and I'll be adding them soon (although with over 1100 posts to tag it might take me a while...)

How much of a hassle is it to switch over? I've been thinking about it. I certainly like the tagging feature, and the thought of not having to sit through the Upload countdown, only to watch it crash, is a pleasant one.
Relatively painless. There's no longer an 'upload countdown' when converting; they just send an email to your GMail account when it's ready (took less than an hour for mine). Then I spent about 30 min. or so modifying the template to return it back to close to what it was originally. (Be sure to save your old template first!)
The big deal now is going back and adding tags to all my old posts...
