Commentary: 

• Allie Brosh's Solutions and Other Problems stays in the top spot for a fourth straight week.
• The top debut this week is the first volume of a comics adaptation of Rainbow Rowell's
  Fangirl by Sam Maggs & Gabi Nam.
• Also debuting this week are a new Avatar: The Last Airbender story; a trade collection of the complete Doomsday Clock; Jason Adam Katzenstein's graphic memoir Everything Is an Emergency: An OCD Story in Words & Pictures; a new volume of Komi Can't Communicate; and the pre-order for the final Kindle issue of Batman: Three Jokers.
• Several Batman collections return to the chart this week, part of a 3-for-2 sale that bright a couple other titles back to the chart as well.
• Sorry, once again this chart isn't being posted until a week after its compilation.
