How 'bout the rest of Yotsuba&. That's seriously one of my favourite things to read out there and ADV, while creating nice packages, pretty much sucks for releasing books.
Oh yeah, finishing up Yotsuba& most definitely. But IIRC the deal is that ADV owns the rights and just aren't interested in finishing it. :(
I heard rumours a few months back that they might begin publishing manga again (and specifically, Yotsuba&) in 2007, but it was probably more wishful thinking than anything.
Personally, I would love to see Tezuka's Kimba the White Lion translated into English.
Yeah, I'm kind of surprised that Kimba hasn't been translated yet, as many of Tezuka's other major works have been. I wonder if it is help up in some licensing fiasco?
Much of Palepoli's content was made available as a part of VIZ's "Secret Comics Japan" and in an issue of PULP.

I find it amazing that Adachi Mitsuru has hardly been translated at all, seeing the success his series have had in France.
I would love to see H2, Touch or perhaps Rough in English.
@Adam: Actually about half (or less) of the compelte Palepoli strips are available in English. The complete JP collection is 200 pages or so :)
