YAFQ: Uncollected DC

'Mazing Man #1Which uncollected DC comics do you think should be collected?

At the top of my list would be 'Mazing Man, the short-lived mid-80s series from Bob Rozakis & Stephen DeStefano. Had the Blogosphere been around at the time, it would have been the highly-lauded and rarely bought series of its time.

I'd also like to see Sugar & Spike-- a Showcase Presents Sugar and Spike collection would be perfect--I mean c'mon, they're doing one for The Haunted Tank!

And #3 would be Finals, the overlooked Vertigo mini from Will Pfeifer & Jill Thompson.

What about you--which uncollected DC comics do you think deserve a second life in trade?

Hmmm.. I'd like

Chase
Chronos
Hourman
Young Heroes in Love
Major Bummer
Vext
The Heckler
Challengers of The Unknown v3
Justice Society of America (the Parobeck run)

ummm... that ought to do for now.

My list is pretty long.

Suicide Squad
The Shade mini-series (also, the as yet uncollected issues of Starman)
Martian Manhunter
the rest of Jamie Delano's run on Hellblazer
The Spectre
John Ostrander's run on Firestorm (as you may be able to tell, I'm a big Ostrander fan)
more of the Levitz/Giffen Legion of Super Heroes run
'Mazing Man
Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld

I'm sure there's more, but I'm drawing a blank right now.

Here's the ones I can think of right now:

'Mazing Man (I thought no one else remembered this series!)
Blood Syndicate
Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld
J'emm, Son of Saturn
more New Teen Titans

The final Adam Warren's GEN13 is probably what I'd like most. I'd add in Grant Morrison's AZTEK and FLEX MENTALO as well.

I think it's kind of a shame that there's so little Wonder Woman in print, particularly the fun, over-the-top stuff from tthe 60s.

I absolutely loved 'Mazing Man. It was way ahead of its time if you ask me.

Another vote for the missing issues of Starman as well as Aztek.

Also: Ambush Bug, Atari Force (yeah, I know it's unlikely as it was a licensed comic) and the first 36 issues of Legion of Superheroes (the five years later storyline).

But especially Ambush Bug.
